This project adopts through SANCCOB's official “Adopt & Name a Penguin” program. We're adopting AP021 — an adult African penguin rescued at Robben Island.
Pick your penguin
You choose a real penguin from SANCCOB's list — like AP021, an adult found at Robben Island.
Adopt & name it
A R600 donation adopts the bird and you get to give it any name you like.
Receive the certificate
You get an email with an adoption certificate and a thank-you letter from 'your' penguin.
Your donation covers care
It pays for fish, medication, water and other essentials the bird needs to grow strong.

Our idea is to use part of the token fees to adopt a real penguin in BUBU's name and share the story with the community.
